1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GreatBlitz ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the greatblitz platform at greatblitz.vu, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the greatblitz platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

2 User Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the greatblitz platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not being on the self-exclusion list for gambling.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that does not prohibit access to online gambling services.
• Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

Greatblitz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid national ID or passport and proof of current address.

3 User Account & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the greatblitz platform. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur in your account, including all wagering, financial transactions, and account information changes.

To keep your account secure, you are required to:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.
• Notify GreatBlitz immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that the device you use to access GreatBlitz is free from malware.

Greatblitz shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The GreatBlitz platform supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM 30.

All deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (TNG, Boost, GrabPay): 15–60 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX: 1–4 hours on business days
• Bank Card: 1–3 business days

Greatblitz reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal request if the KYC verification process is incomplete, there is suspicious activity on the account, or the bonus wagering requirements have not been met. All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Greatblitz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements stated in each offer.

The general terms applicable to all GreatBlitz bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each offer.
• Some games may contribute a different percentage towards the wagering requirement – details are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• Greatblitz reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are signs of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, IP address, phone number, and device.

6 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the GreatBlitz platform are governed by the rules set by their respective game providers and are fully upheld by GreatBlitz. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system certified by independent auditing bodies.

In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active match or game round, greatblitz reserves the right to void the affected spin or bet and refund the wagered amount to the user's account. Wins obtained during a technical failure may be considered void.

For live in-play sports betting, all confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the cashout function available on the platform. Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market are determined by the platform and may vary depending on the game type and user account level.

7 Prohibited Conduct

GreatBlitz users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Opening more than one active account or registering an account using another person's information.
• Using automation software, bots, data scraping tools, or any third-party technology to access the platform or gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account funds to another party.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform – users who discover a bug are required to report it to GreatBlitz.
• Initiating credit card chargebacks after using those funds for wagering.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Greatblitz reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Fraudulent activity or activity suspected of being related to money laundering.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Inability to verify the identity or age of a user.
• Account closure requests initiated by the user for self-limitation purposes.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the GreatBlitz support team. Once an account is closed upon the user's own request, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after all conditions have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

Greatblitz is committed to supporting responsible gaming. Our platform provides a range of self-control tools you can use to manage your gaming activity, including:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limits – Set the maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period.
• Loss Limits – Limit the total amount of losses that can occur within a period you set.

• Temporary Self-Limitation – Suspend account access for 24 hours up to 6 months.

In summary, GreatBlitz collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements.
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Greatblitz reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

Significant changes to the Terms will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and the use of the GreatBlitz platform shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by GreatBlitz.
